At FASHUNGO we offer a 9-Day Cancellation Policy, which allows you to request cancellation within 9 days of receiving your order information.
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will promptly cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method .
CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT:
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to receive a refund. Please refer to our Return policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION
For partial cancellations, where you only wish to cancel certain items from your order, please contact our customer service team If the items you wish to cancel have not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund those specific items. If the items have already been shipped, they will need to be returned to us for a refund.
HOW TO CANCEL ORDER

We strive to process cancellations swiftly, and you will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been completed. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for orders that have already been shipped.
